Change to MSCI Singapore Contract Size

This weekend the SGX will convert the Singapore MSCI Index to a new half size contract with half sized ticks. You can read more about it here http://www.sgx.com/wps/portal/sgxweb/ho ... sgx_simsci.

You should update your futures dictionary to reflect this change.
