I thought I ask, if someone already have one or many portfile.adm for CSI for all the commodities that are easily tradeable.
I do subscribe to the CSI world Package.
And/Or the futures dictionnary for thoses.
That would save me a lot of time!

Need a list (or a portfile.adm) of all tradable commodities
Certainly not ALL but perhaps, some ...
Attached are pages 12 thru 18 of the Disclosure Document from a futures fund manager in the Netherlands, called Transtrend. (I downloaded it from http://www.transtrend.com . ) These pages contain the section called "Futures Traded in Transtrend's Diversified Trend Program".
Transtrend trades A WHOLE LOT of markets, so many that it takes seven pages of small print just to list them all. Some of them aren't even carried (quoted) by CSI, for example the ISE-30 stock index futures traded on the TurkDEX.
On the other hand, there are commodities that are traded right now, today, which aren't on Transtrend's list. Nymex Propane and CME Butter are two examples.
Another helpful resource is the "Symbols Guide" on the Support page of eSignal's website: http://www.esignalcentral.com/support/cs/default.asp However you'll note that eSignal omits several exchanges (and all futures contracts traded upon them), for example, MexDer in Mexico City, and SAFEX in Johannesburg.
Finally, I found a spreadsheet that somebody assembled from the FIA ( http://futuresindustry.org/ ) annual reports, containing more than 1000 different markets. 477 of them are traded at exchanges within the United States, and 591 of them are traded at non-US exchanges. Since the data is in a spreadsheet, you can easily sort it by exchange, by market sector, etc.
