USDCHF is rise 20% on a single day, all indicators based on past data are distorted, I would like to know on how to set stop loss for this kind of market activity.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

How to set stop loss for USDCHF?
Re: How to set stop loss for USDCHF?
Just take it as a lesson...And never ever use too much leverage
Gap ups and downs and have no use for stoplosses

For sure there are few things to learn from this move.
I am very curious to see end of January results of big players.

Re: How to set stop loss for USDCHF?
Regarding stops in the market, bear in mind that in this particular instance there was no liquidity in USD/CHF futures for at least 45 minutes.
This meant that all those well-intentioned stoploss orders were filled with a little more slippage than expected!
Suffice to say, and to echo the comments already made, by keeping your risk and leverage low you can ride out these events with a recoverable loss.
But there's not a lot you can do about planning for these events other than to expect them.
