I have a problem with my daily csi update not going through today. Anyone experiencing the same problem, or is it just me?

Strange. What is your message of error. By me, it is: "CmpDaily Data File TimeOut".
I try to write to csi but the addresses
service@csidata.com and
latesupport@csidata.com are undeliverable and the emails come back to me. Keep trying though another mail address.

After skipping all servers i get " Error CmpDaily, message. Invalid Request, Please try again".
Strange is that it seem we are the only two in europe to have this problem.

yes strange.
Did you have a microsoft patch update this night (security patch or something like this)? I had one. Had even to reboot my computer. Normally these patch updates come regularly and I haven't any problem. Don't know if it is the reason. Just trying to find the cause.

No windows update for me.
I have asked info at csi support and csi billing
they start working at our 3 o'clock.
If nothing happen in the first afternoon maybe is better to call them.

hi,
fyi, i am having the same update problems. Also the problem was before and after the windows update.
also on sunday during 1 hour in the afternoon there was a similar problem.

Yes, I sent an email to the support too (and it didn't come back this time). I will call also this afternoon if there is no answer.

I retry the download and it is now working fine! I didn't change any config.
Rob from CSI ask me to upgrade to the latest UA build. I told him that it was now working fine. I am waiting his answer to upgrade or not.

Same problem. Eventually it DID download. Version 2.10.7.102
