The last sentence is the best: find what fits YOU.
So did I and learned a great deal.I read the entire (Seykota) archive John, because I wanted to understand Seykota's application of The Process. My head also hurt at first, but there were many things I got out of it. How and if others benefit, I don't know.

Seykota's ideas seem very strange at first but then "normal" is just a euphemism for "mediocre" after all.
Others' mileage no doubt varies.
If someone can point me at the devastating critique of Ed I would appreciate it.
