I use this page daily to download historical (daily) data:

http://www.tradingblox.com/?page_id=218

All worked fine for ages, however the data files have not been updated since 5th December 2013.

Does anyone know why and if this could please be fixed?

thank you.

From the top of that page:
Download ten years of free historical trade data for futures and forex. This data is not updated.
Also from that page:
This data should only be used for testing and training. If you like this data, you should get your own subscription from CSI. They will provide you with more markets, more data, more options for back adjusting, and a robust reliable service with redundancy and backup processes. This free sample data is not guaranteed in anyway, is not updated, is not always available, and may be changed or discontinued at any time without notice. There is absolutely no support provided for use of this data other than for Trading Blox customers.

Suppose that TB personnel go on vacation. Suppose that the automatic software process which controls the Free Data, went completely dead. The Free Data available from the Blox servers remains unchanged; it does not get refreshed or updated for two solid weeks. This could happen. In fact, I recommend that it should happen every now and again, intentionally, just to remind people not to rely upon the Free Data for order generation / live trading. And also to thwart potential lawsuits from people who lost money trading on the Free Data.
