I have posted two charts Dow and Ftse100,
This proves that: SUPPORT BECOMES RESISTANCE AND RESISTANCE BECOMES SUPPORT.
This phenominon happens time and time and time again, with ALL markets and ALL time scales...
This helps when say, you are buying off the trendline along with other supporting factors, and adds COMFORT..
See for yourself !!
By the way the red lines are where you puts your stops give or take a few points..
Theese are called MARKET DRIVEN STOPLOSSES, and you should try and enter close-ish to theese points to keep your losses down and your probabilities up ....
