Market Entry

Hi,
I am struggling to resolve the entry into the market. I have never used the system before and consequently generated my first orders this morning.
What i discovered was that most of the markets i want to trade are already in a trend.
In other words if i followed the orders right now i would be buying not at the breakout but already a good way into the trend. What should i do. Wait for the next breakout? Or take the trade at even though i am starting it not at the beginning?
