We use eSignal together with QCollector , you have to test each contract month seperately but it works fine for testing purposes. Beyond that you should look at Bloomberg and CQG, especially if you require lots of backadjusted data.

Here are what I use for a medium term system , after 1 year of live trading they have been ok:

1. 8%
2. 10$
3. 1,000
4. 5%
5. 4%
6. 3$

Libor can go negative so the upside is not theoretically limited to 100, although one doubts 100+ prices would be stable for any length of time. If you want value for money then eSignal really is hard to beat.........it is not as refined as say CQG or Bloomberg , but for charts and prices in general it has the lot. The backtesting program is poor in comparison with TB but its fine for getting ideas through initial stages.
