Does anyone know why CSI's 10 year price data does not match what's on CME's web site?

I'm just looking at the price data for the last few days under "settlements" on CME's website.

What's the best way to get a trade done at the open price?
For equities you simply place a market order prior to the open.
Is it the same for futures?
Does it depend on the broker you use?
I use MF Global.
