FX Leverage

Hi,

when trading blox backtests on a FX system do you have to put in the leverage you want to use or does it do it automatically?

in other words if you want to trade $10 000 in the base currency you have to have $10 000 in your account unless you gear it up greater than 1?

thanks,

I suppose the most important question is what does the system do in testing?

Thanks,

Josiah

Limit Up Days

Hi, I am new to mechanical trading and was wondering whether someone could tell how to handle limit up days? in other words, if i get a buy signal and the market has gone limit up, do i buy the next day, ignore that trade or put a bid in below the market and wait and see if i get taken? Thanks, Josiah
