The Error Log (also stored in the Results folder), logs any errors that occur during order generation.
In most cases, it will generally be empty. If a serious error occurs, an error dialog message will pop up. So it should not be necessary to regularly inspect this file, except for troubleshooting.
The Output file will be normally be empty. If you have a support issue, you may be asked by Technical Support to open it.
You can safely ignore both of these files, unless you suspect something is correct after orders are created, or a system test doesn't look correct.
