Their commission structure and model is very interesting.

I am sure this was asked before. Personally and philosophically speaking, it is not how hard we fall but how fast we get back up. Many traders have hit their lowest low whereby it will make one reconsider things.

Thanks c.f. for those two links. After taking those tests, I am an INTJ .
No wonder my last annual review in my first and last job working at an online brokerage firm was so terrible. The word "arrogant" came up several times in the review... Maybe that was the reason why I got sick of it ...
