i called globalfinancialdata a while ago - they did not have it and mentioned that CRSP Chicago is working on this project and *might* have it by the end of the year. - also went to nypl an got nytimes and the ws journal on microfilm. it's all there but on different pages and in different places ...

I currently use two brokers - IB and Fidelity. i do not trade very often, so i have been able to get away with ib's tws combined with quicken to monitor positions and generate basic reports, but if i add a floor-traded futures broker this won't work any mode....plus it is hot very advenced ...

I use http://www.pinnacledata.com. thay are smaller and i am very happy with their customer service. the only thing is they do not have stock data. so if you also need equities you will need to go somewhere else.
