Recently, federal funds rate (10 year) rises up to 3.86%, where does the money go? how to know whether money flows to stock market or not?
Does anyone have any suggestions?

At this current moment, money goes nowhere,
not going to stock market,
not going to currency market,
not going to CRB market,
not going to Bond market,
Is CASH the king at this moment?
Does anyone have any suggestions?
