Anyone having CSI problems

It maybe just me- I did a database refresh and Ive lost all data across every instrument for teh 3rd of Feb and CSI doesnt finish the download process - instead gives me an error message and a number to ring - great on a Sunday night !!
Have tried reboots / re - refreshing / re downloading - nothing seems to work and now have a day missing - very strange indeed - interested to knowif anyone else having similar issues

Change this date to the date you are missing and try to redownload.[/img]
