CSI Data for January 17

Anyone know why activity from the holiday shortened day of January 17th does not post to most CSI charts such as trades on the 17th in the electronic Nymex metals (e.g. silver) or globex naz 100, and may other U.S. FUTURES markets? Looked at 2010 MLK day and it was the same thing as if the trades never occurred. Will they be rolled into the 18th or just ignored by CSI? Any thoughts?
