Please take a look at the data for DX2 on 18th February 2008 (CSI#1205). Open interest for the March 2008 contract is shown as “0â€

I confirm. I see the same thing on my UA (2.9.3), Figure 1.

My own preference is to rollover DX2 by calendar date, Figure 2.
