Has anyone worked for Bright Trading or know someone who is or was
currently employed by them. Could you please share your experience's.

Hello There, I know a couple of guys that trade with Bright, and I also traded with them in the past. They have a couple of strategies that they have worked out that seem to work pretty consistantly. It seems that the majority of their "edge" comes from their ability to use the specialist to their advantage on NYSE traded stock. They also work on many other stocks but that seemed to be the best idea in my opinion. They also successfully use leverage to their advantage. Besides that they are very nice people whom I believe really want to help people succeed. Any questions beyond that, feel free to ask.

Also, take a look at elitetrader.com - Don Bright has a journal thread running that seems to give quite some insight about them.
