Re: Avoiding/reducing taxes

Set up a ROTH IRA.
All profits are tax free ....
Down side is, if you haven't got one your starting size is limited, other possibility is convert a traditional IRA to a ROTH. You will take a hit on the initial taxes but you'll be done with them after that.

I have a MacBook Pro and I run fusion with windoz XP.... it runs great, far better than parallels. I can have both platforms open simultaneously, apple on one monitor and windoz on a second monitor, I have not noticed any speed loss or any other problems.

I think this is an excellent combination.

May was a very good month for me as well.
I use an uncluttered 2 MA crossover system that is a bit different than what you will find in TB.

After looking the book over I bought a copy for my library, (found a copy at Amazon) I find it to be a valuable resource and I think one of the better books on trading out there.

I know this is a very old thread but hey I'm new here and thought this might be revived. So with that in mind I add, Van Tharps' book "Definitive Guide to Position Sizing" is a good resource for risk management study. Hi John, I am generally pretty skeptical of anything Van writes, but ou...

Hi Chris....

Have you read the book I mentioned?
I don't think the risk management that is covered there is anywhere near outdated.

Also, if you are a trend trader why are you predicting the market?
